(BROOKLYN, NY) After years of fraudulently evicting people from their homes and businesses, fruitless negotiations and the loss of famed architect Frank Gehry, there was finally a ribbon cutting ceremony for the clusterf**k that is the Atlantic Yards Barclays Center project. Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Jay-Z, Beyonce and some white folks that we are too broke to know personally traveled all the way to the far-away land of Brooklyn for the celebration. Thankfully, Al Sharpton’s face was on hand to keep the peace.
