Your Boo won’t approve of using the recession as an excuse this Valentine’s Day—and you shouldn’t either. One doesn’t have to go for broke to celebrate and show love. Short on ideas? Don’t fret. 1. Stay In and Cook: Become the personal chef for your Valentine by whipping up their favorite foods. Set the table and the atmosphere (soft music and mood lighting) to incite easy conversation and romantic reflection. If you aren’t the culinary type—enlist help from a friend or relative.
