Valentine’s Day is today, so that means love is in the air. And while a substantial amount of fellas manage to be boo’ed up this time of year, some are still riding solo—happily of course. While you might not have a special lady this year, you’re probably not void of a few V-Day celebrity date fantasies. Men can dream too, right?!

There are a certain group of celebrity women that are the perfect eye candy on ANY day of the year, but on Valentine’s Day, they seem to look even better. Here’s our list of the top ten most eligible celebrity bachelorettes  (in no particular order):

1. Jessica White
If her appearances in Trey Songz video for “Neighbors Know My Name” wasn’t enough to make you want her, you might want to check your pulse. After years as a model on the runways of Marc Jacobs and Ralph Lauren, the New York native has served as one of the faces of Maybelline cosmetics since 2007.

2. Desiree Rogers (pictured above)
She’s stylish, intelligent, and helping Ebony and Jet magazines go from media dinosaurs to publications to watch. The former White House Social Secretary turned CEO of Johnson Publishing Company, has a knack for turning around businesses, and looking pretty darn good while doing it.

3. Taraji P. Henson
There’s an around-the-way-girl persona that makes Taraji a real catch. Yes she’s an Academy Award nominated actress, but she seems like the kind of girl who wouldn’t mind hanging out and watching the game, or going to see a good concert—floor seats or not.

4. Kelly Rowland
“I don’t wanna feel my legs,” sang Kelly Rowland on her chart topping 2011 single “Motivation.” So that means you’ll have to put in a little work. The former member of Destiny’s Child, in recent years has embraced her sexuality even showing off a little skin on the album cover for I Am Here. 

5. Kerry Washington
When you think bombshell, Kerry Washington isn’t the first name that comes to mind. But this Bronx, New York bred actress is the epitome of girl next door—with a wink. Full lips. doe eyes. We say, yes please!

6. Sofia Vergara
Salma Hayek your resign as America’s Spanish bombshell has ended. Vegara, born in Colombia, has become a household name, thanks in large part to her successful television show, ‘Modern Family.’ In the past year, she has managed to flip her acting success into endorsement deals with Diet Pepsi, Covergirl and a clothing line sold exclusively at K-Mart.

7. Melanie Fiona
Not since Deborah Cox, has Canada given us such a beautiful singer. Her sex appeal isn’t aggressive, yet it’s apparent—and we like that.

8. Skylar Diggins
Not since Serena Williams, have men swooned over a female athlete. At 21, the Notre Dame University basketball star has already gotten the attention of a few celebrity men, including rapper Lil’ Wayne who referred to her as “wifey” in a tweet last year.

9. Rihanna
Named the ‘Sexiest Woman Alive by GQ Magazine in 2011, the Bajan beauty is undoubtedly sexy. While she’s not your conventional beauty, her strong features (yes, even her forehead) make her a unique standout. Need more proof? Her appearance at the 2012 Grammy Awards in custom Armani, is all the evidence you need.

10. Octavia Spencer
Spencer might not be the first name that comes to mind when you think sexy. But have you seen this woman on the red carpet lately? The actress, who is nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in last year’s film The Help, has made the “regular” woman gorgeous. She’s got curves, intelligence and personality—the right formula for a good partner.
