R. Kelly hit gold—again—when he penned and produced Changing Faces‘ 1994 R&B hit, “Foolin’ Around,” the second single off their self-titled debut album. Featuring Kell’s signature sound—not to mention the video was quintessential 90’s fare—the song reached number nine on the Billboard R&B singles charts, becoming their second top ten hit (the first was “Stroke You Up”).
