Dre Allen is simply a man who has overcome what some would call an impossible set of odds. Born to a prostitute & a pimp, homeless at the age of 11, subject to physical abuse, molestation and a judicial system MORE than willing to find a place for him in their lockup facilities. He has been through a turbulent music career and an even more devastating childhood but with impermeable persistence and passion. In his ambitious testimony, Allen has managed to make some progressive and creative music for the masses.
